FAQ

  • What if my item is lost or broken?
    Occasion can arise when something will go sideways but never fear. If you item is not delivered withing the Royal Mail window (up to 20 days) we can send a replacement provided this is available. Alot for the pieces are curated and stock can be very limited depending on the artists stock holding. If your item arrives damaged or bits missing, please make contact with images of the damaged and the packaging we will discuss the appropriate next steps.
  • When & how will my item be delviered.
    All items are sent out via Royal Mail unless listed otherwise. Bulky items may need to go through a courier such as Hermes or Fedex but this will be listed on the item page. Once posted delivery times are approximately. Royal Mail standard non tracked is non-insured this service takes 1/4 days to deliver. Royal Mail tracked is insured and will take 1/2 days to delivery. Overseas Royal Mail non tracked is non-insured this service takes 15/20 days to deliver. Overseas Royal Mail tracked is insured and will take 6/10 days to deliver.
  • Can you custom make things for me or my brand?
    Yes! to an extent. Not everything you see here is made by us we do offer our own custom-made service and we work closely with artists who resin, laser, cnc, print craft and more! so almost anything is achievable.
  • Will you purchase my stock?
    Yes! We will always be open to purchasing pins, patches, collectable Knick knacks and more. So, if you're thinking of clearing out or closing up were always open to buy. Just get in touch and well talk more!
